Pre-order terms

Version 2026-10-01. These terms apply to every Vessel reservation. Please read them before you reserve.

1. What you are buying

A reservation for one The Somatic Anchor (“the Vessel”) from Batch 001, paid in full at checkout, plus the digital protocols included with it, which you can use straight away. The Vessel itself has not shipped yet: this is a pre-order.

2. How the batch works

Batch 001 is made in one production run of 500 units. Production starts once 500 reservations are paid. The counter on the Vessel page shows the real number of reservations.

If the batch is not complete by 31 March 2027, we refund every reservation in full to the original card, automatically. You do not need to ask.

3. When it ships

Estimated shipping is 12 to 16 weeks after the batch is complete. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. We email every reservation holder with progress at least once a month, and straight away if anything changes the estimate. You will receive tracking details when your Vessel ships.

4. Cancelling before it ships: full refund

You can cancel at any time before your Vessel ships and get a full refund. Cancel in one click from your dashboard, under Calibration → Your Vessel. Refunds go back to the original card and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. After delivery: 30-day returns

If the Vessel is not for you, return it within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging, for a refund of the purchase price. Defects found within that period are replaced or refunded, including shipping.

6. Your card statement

The charge appears on your statement as NOCTARA VESSEL.

7. Before you dispute a charge, talk to us

If something is wrong, cancel from your dashboard, reply to your order confirmation, or email support@noctara.io. We reply within 2 business days. A refund through us is faster than a bank dispute, and it keeps your reservation history intact if you want to order again later. This does not limit any right you have under the law or with your card issuer.

8. What the Vessel is

The Vessel is a sound and vibration device for relaxation and personal practice. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
