Prices are shown at checkout and charged via Stripe. Subscription tiers renew until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges and access ends at the period close. Gift codes grant a stated tier for a stated duration and expire automatically. The Resonance Circle exists for encouragement. Abusive, hateful, or spam content is removed and may result in account termination. You grant Noctara a licence to display content you post on the platform.
All audio, text, design, and code are the property of Noctara. Personal, non-commercial use only. Purchased downloads are licensed for personal use and may not be redistributed, resold, or publicly performed.
No scraping, reverse engineering, automated access, attempting to bypass tier restrictions, or interfering with the service. Gift codes may not be sold.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with refund of unused prepaid periods where required by law.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noctara is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via the newsletter or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
