When does it ship?+
Batch 001 goes into production once 500 Vessels are reserved. Yours ships 12 to 16 weeks after the batch is complete. Every reservation holder gets a progress email at least once a month, and straight away if the estimate changes.
What if the batch doesn't fill?+
If Batch 001 isn't complete by 31 March 2027, every reservation is refunded in full, automatically. You don't need to ask.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Any time before your Vessel ships, in one click from your dashboard (Calibration → Your Vessel). The full amount goes back to your original card, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Why do I pay in full now?+
Paying upfront is what lets us commit to a production run of a fixed size. Until your Vessel ships, every cent is refundable on request.
Do I need an app or Wi-Fi?+
No. The Vessel is a sealed, offline device. No app, no account pairing, no connectivity.
What do I get straight away?+
The Initiation digital protocols unlock the moment you reserve, so you can start before the hardware arrives. They're yours to keep even if you later cancel the Vessel.
Is it a medical device?+
No. The Vessel is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Where do you ship, and are there extra costs?+
Shipping is included to the US, Canada, the UK and Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, most of Western Europe and the Nordics, and Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and the UAE. Some countries charge import tax or duty on delivery; that is set by your country, not by us.
What will I see on my bank statement?+
The charge shows as NOCTARA VESSEL.
